Our purpose is to ensure that “Hispanic” remains at the forefront of the HCC membership with the intent to remember the foundation, roots, and historical background in which the HCC organization was started by including and developing small Hispanic owned businesses in Colorado.

Future Leaders- As part of that commitment, The Future Leader/ Mentorship/ Internship Position assumes the responsibility of growing a comfortable and motivated leader for the sustainability of HCC ideals. The person in this position will engage in practices that allow access to board members and meeting to develop the skills and conditions that promote a solid leader. They are given the opportunity to practice real discussions and debate within a productive framework and participate in all aspects of fundraising, finance, advocacy, and member growth.
